Welcome to Ardmore Avenue Elementary

Ardmore Avenue Elementary School offers a very rigorous academic program where high expectations are the norm for faculty and students. Faculty and students are expected to act and perform with P.R.I.D.E. (Purpose, Responsibility, Integrity, Determination, Excellence). Ardmore Avenue Elementary School implements the Positive Behavior Support Program (PBS) that supports a positive school climate where students are taught how to make good choices through common behavioral expectations. There are four behavior expectations at Ardmore Avenue. They are:

Be Respectful
Be Responsible
Be Cooperative
Be Safe

Teachers teach and model for students what these behavioral expectations look like in all facets of the student’s day. Additionally, Ardmore Avenue is extremely proud of its very active and supportive Home and School Association.

Ardmore provides many rich academic and social learning experiences for children inside and outside of the classroom. We believe that school assembly programs, field trips, and other enrichment activities play an important role in a child’s overall development. We also believe that our families and school community are vital to our school and its mission to encourage student success. The following is merely a sampling of the programs, assemblies, and enrichment opportunities that we offer our students and families:
